overview

This project investigates the evolution and visual representation of "Konglish"—the linguistic hybridity between English and Korean. By integrating historical research with social analysis, the study explores how these two distinct languages merge to create a new cultural vernacular.

Through meticulous typographic experimentation and surveys targeting the 20–40 age demographic, the project provides a holistic understanding of how design can bridge the gap between communicative function and cultural identity.
